Being able to do my job.
It was quick and efficient.
I get paid, get health insurance, and 401k options, can ask for more in these times.
Setting realistic goals for employees. Making sure broken/run down machinery is replaced in a timely manner (not months after broken, only for it to break again a day later and take more months for a fix). Making sure we have proper support in terms of staffing.
The 3/4 of the team who show up on time are efficient and look forward to working, are a treat to work with and always willing to take time to teach others. The other 1/4 always show up late and do very little besides just show up.
Our direct manager and employees in store are all supportive of each other and understanding of individual needs and pacing. Everything above basic store level is disorganized, and obviously does not work at the service level based on goals set. Embarrassment of leadership in a company this size.
