We don't have any meetings.

Doing my job well and getting all that's expected of me done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not the best package but it could definitely be worse, at least we have it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 14 years and well before all if the technology we now have, so the interview was relaxed and to the point.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager needs to acknowledge and thank employees for the work when it's over and above. The manager at the store I am employed at does not communicate with the team at all.
