so far I am liking my job. I was hoping for a different shift that paid more but it was already taken

what I like about my leadership team is that they are friendly and helpful

I liked the interaction with the manager and being able to communicate face to face.

my team is awesome because they are helpful and pitch in when needed and nice also
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to support a family of five on my own. I would definitely need an increase in pay to stay long term
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I can rely on those around me to help out when needed and being able to get to know the customers and help out.
