I worked there almost 2 years and only got paid as much as new people. Then I got screwed out of the raises I had worked so hard for, which was a wopping 75 cents
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People in charge don't care. Won't even teach the people that do and aren't even asking for more money. Who doesn't want their work to get done for free and with no effort? I'll never understand...
