I am currently being bullied. My manager won't do anything to mediate the bullying. In fact, there are times she encourages the bullying by making sure Bullies are working alone one on one with the one they want bullied. You try to be professional, but it doesn't matter. Why do hurt your employees

A lot. Leadership and stop the hostility would be a great start

Communication, stop the hostility, try giving positive reinforcement instead of negative. Mediate issues, and convey information. Listen to your employees, and help them to succeed by providing guidance
