
Like i said before, minimum-wage is too low for the stress of dealing with all the tasks needed done around the store while dealing with customers and constant thefts, all while understaffed.
The company seems to suffer from upper management making decisions solely based on statistics rather than by communication with their workers. Feels like there's little connection between workers and their overlor-employers :)
They all genuinely look out for each-other, aside for our market manager who i've yet to meet but heard is a bit on the controlling and nit-picky side of managing (likes to micro-manage and voice opinions on every employees subtle actions).
