What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager was nice and made me feel comfortable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Making customers smile and helping them get the best bang for their buck.

What makes you most happy at work?

When it's time to go home and I have the next day off.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Get off the phone and clean. Don't leave truck that comes in the morning for the 2nd shift employee to put away.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The store manager is great. Just needs to make all employees wok at cleaning not just the 2 who are willing to do it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work harder than the rest of the team. I feel I should get more per hour than the rest. And they should offer better health ins.
