What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my coworkers, and in the fridge stocking and rearranging to make things neat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To not be sexually harassed at my job, to be shown how to do my job, and to advance to management so this doesn't happen on my watch.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A new manager, a different assistant manager, and for someone to actually train employees instead of standing around yelling at you for something you weren't trained to do.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
By asking appropriate questions, working around employees schedules, and making notes if they're unable to get rides or have to rely on someone else to take them to and from work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Aside from the manager and one assistant manager, everyone else is very nice. There is zero judgement and it feels more at home. We laugh, we joke, we make sure things are taken care of to the best of our ability.
