I have been with company for 4 years and the support we get from the people that dont even work in a store is really minimal. We constantly are under new management that has no idea what they are doing a lot of the times I am TRAINING AN MIT MAKING LESS THAN THEY DO.
What makes you most happy at work?
My regulars make my job worth it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It would be great if you hired qualified management or trained them to be managers not train them half way and expect them to fix issues they arent even being trained in
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More training is crucial and making sure our staff is safe and actually feels safe not constantly throwin in people alone and than not calling them or checking on them when something bad happens
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel under valued I know I am under valued. I have given this company a majority of my time even FREE time to try to stay with in our allowed hours and I STILL do not make even remotely close to a living wage.
