Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of management like most of us that leave. I will take one of my customers offers one day. Just waiting for the right time. Been there for years and people are make more money and doing nothing, while you try to make me work harder.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need training and care about Thier stores more than the customers and employees. Remind them they are getting paid to do the extras and lead. So corporate needs to make managers accountable. We had staffing issues before the pandemic. Take care of your faithful workers or someone else will.
