We are a diverse group with alot of potential

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping with whatever customers need. As well as putting a smile on there face, and having the opportunity to make their day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be shown a little bit of appriciation, when i go in, im there to do a job, just like the rest of our team. I feel like getting grievance time when someone close passes away, and not having to work another 4 hours sobbing.
