Actually MOVING and putting orders away. ASKING where there help is needed. Working as a team instead of arguing all the damn time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any time there is conflict regarding anything we are told to just 'figure it out'. I'm sick and tired of working 60 plus hours a week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Help out with hiring/staffing. Make the workload more manageable. Actually give a damn about their employees who have been working through this pandemic non-stop and show them appreciation. Stop taxing overtime and bonuses.
