Horribly management and an inability to keep employees. I regularly expected to be understaffed and doing two people'a job for minimum wage.

Co-workers generally are fun to be around but overall selfish.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is terrible, money is the bottom line of the company itself. Nothing more to say there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be paid more as I'm doing work that should be done by two people by myself.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less corporate meddling. More prompt hiring when in need of more employees to cover shifts or aid in other shifts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They always leave early despite not finishing necessary daily work. Further, they did not properly perform basic managerial duties such as orders.
