never holds meetings and we get yelled at to complete workday stuff.

I think their needs to be a significant amount of changes but starting with a good deep look at management and training processes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers warn us not to work their because of the manager Mary Myles. She shifts us to fit her schedule and hired her daughter as assistant manager so she can get a higher pay check she would work 5 hours of that a week
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to stop hiring her own family and putting their needs before ours and properly train her employees. She barley passed the heath thing and is never pleased with anything done. She keeps calling us in when not scheduled in my opinion needs a new store manager even customers agree.
