Working at Circle K can be good and bad depending on the day. From my personal experience it is the lack equality that I despise. The espections of all employees are not the same and yet the pay scale is the same for all. After awhile you get tired of being used while lazy people make more for less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get a few regulars that are awesome. You get a big family
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was nice and comfortable but application process was way to much. I almost didn't complete mine because of everything involved and I'm sure they miss out on having other great employees because of it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each location has their own management team. Some managers are the absolute best, the kind you can respect and willingness do anything for. Others managers are lazy and rude and it makes you wonder how do they have this job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a couple of great teammates who know exactly what is needed and how to help. When you are working with a good team that instinctively knows what to do and when to it and makes the day go by so smoothly. You wish everyday was like that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued. I am a hard worker who always gives 120% and yet lazy coworkers who do almost nothing make 15% more than me. I do the work of 3 people but im at the bottom of the pay scale. Giving me fair pay might cut into their bonus.
