Staff are treated terrible and they take people on completely new to business and only promote favorite staff

Non existent positive culture and policy where promoted staff members will talk badly about so many people then act like their best friend in same day
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was very nice but unfortunately when they wanted her out to make way for their favorite staff member to take over, they forced her out
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do not speak to people like they are underneath you, don't promote people that steal then get praised by management. The management brag about their salary while you are low paid. They pick up for them bullying you no matter what you say to inform them. They give favorite staff promotions
