Hard work, could pay better, no breaks, very little hands on training, under staffed work only gets partially done could be much nicer with higher pay and an adequate amount of employees working each shift

Need enough employees to not burn out your staff and descent salaries.

Friendly and know their jobs,but the poor people are over worked and unde rstaffed

They trully care about the store and their the appearance but, being so understaffed their burning out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about the appearance of the store but, sadly everyone is burning out, just not enough employees.
