He is wuick about getting work tickets put into computer, following uo on them amd mcleaning up the store floor, painting parking lots, pressure washing parking lot, and decluttering the store overall.Much better work experience since he came
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher wages would attract longer term employees, thus making a better team who can learn to work together. If pay is competitive, then employees care more about write ups and possible termination. Right now, they can get another job, that pays more, if they let go by Circle K.
