When I help customers and they give me praise on my service which is often and I just started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had a very warm experience joining the team and from the very beginning of my work I had a surprisingly pleasant experience up until i asked to have further training when my performance was still fresh at certain things. I was met with impatience and hostility.
