Everything if you ask me the employees aren't heard in any part of the store or any concerns about the store.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the customers if I'm not making them happy in my own way to make sure the store still has customers coming back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can come together an get things done but the manager an so called assistant manager they making things way worse just look at how many people been in an out of that store the last few months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked more than most of not all in that store an I was supposed to get a raise after going to night time an was told I couldn't receive it, so the only thing that would make me feel better is the money I am owed from working on y'all clock for free because that's not going to happen.
