I've been working at Circle K since August 2023. This is a second income in whicb i inlt work Friday & Saturday 10p-6a. This is abjorroble company. There should be a closing time. There ahoukd also be holdiays off. Why are we working holiday schedules? Its crazy & shows lack of concern.

The interview was a lkng timw ago I cant remeber clearly I got the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work 2 days I am satisfied with pay for those 2 days as well as dental imsurance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store has ao many people wuotting in a dialy basis. Why should we be concerned that you are ahort stafded and refused to give peolple off. I onlymwork weekends but i cant even have 1 day off due to ahort staff. The manngee is young and lazy. The manager should pick up slack to avoid walk offs.
