Diversity is big and family oriented customers history of each other and the store been shopping at circle k over 20 years. Customers of Generations Gives comfort to everyone more relationship being made more employee involved with keeping the store needed to the community
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
involved with manager and employees making sure management is doing not just paperwork and the expectation of what daily task are expected. Making sure each staff is trained to be able to level up to their highest ability, and strengths. Trained better for quality more fully staffed stores
