The customers are usually the reasons why I show up for any shift

Making a customer smile and helping them find products and services even if it's somewhere other than Circle K
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on doing their parts for their shift to work together and not against another but it's hard to answer this because I never see my coworkers but for a few minutes as they clock out
