Its hard physical work but if you work hard and are dependable you will move up within the company. At least in my experience at my store. We have a great team and great leadership.

When I can make someone smile and I know they've had a positive experience it makes my day Including my coworkers.

Good morale. We have many customers we know by name who have been shopping our store for years. They also know us by name.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair wages. Ive had several raises over the past few years. I was recently promoted to assistant manager. I feel valued and my pay reflects that
What did you like most about the interview process?
The GM is very down to earth and made me comfortable in talking about myself. Like past job experience and the reason I wanted to work there She was also professional and I knew the details of the job and what was expected of me.
