What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Have your employees spend less time doing nothing and use the downtime wisely when slow

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Do the work, stay of your phones, and spend less time smoking outside. The 1st 2 hrs of any shift is the most important cuz if you fall behind, then your gonna be struggling to get your work done on your shift

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Most definately. Management ppl, should be pulling their weight by going in the cooler to fill empty slots, if they dont set a good ex then CSR wont do it. Or ppl just use the excuse its too cold to work in the cooler. Thats just being lazy!!!
