Lihjten up on the employees a bit. I am a very hard worker and even I can only handle so much

We need maitence ppl to clean while the cashiers stock. Just need more ppl on a shift bc there isnt enough time to get everything done and still wait on customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to do the job of 8 ppl. They have camera and microphones to record everything and you can not take a break. They are one of the worst companies to work for.
