What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is fantastic but worn down at this point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The manager is fantastic, but higher leadership seems to exist just for theit own benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're paid very little and as people quit were asked to do more and more work for only 7 50 an hour.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The customers are cranky because they can't get faster service but we're low on employees. It's taken out on us on a daily basis.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve employees wages. In comparison, every other service station in the area makes much more than we do. It's hard to get more employees when the benefits aren't there to sell them on the idea.
