
Treating their employees like they matter. Stop paying for managers to go on week long trips just to drink and socialize and offer their everyday employees health insurance.
Everyone needs to pull their own weight. There should also be monthly staff meetings so we can all come together. We have never had one and I have worked for this company for three years.
More employees to cover shifts. Better pay. Stop the nepotism with managers, district managers, lets be real they are not the people busting their behinds to make sure the customers are happy, store is clean, food isn't outdated,etc.
Although the customer is always #1. The people taking care of yours customers should be #2. I understand that the higher up the ladder employees deserve their perks and all. But, why cant you take care of your hourly employees as well.
I work all the time, and for not a lot of money. I cannot afford the company health insurance but no longer qualify for Mainecare. I just think a company making as much as they are can be fixing some of these problems.
