
Better benefits, the actual price of the medical and dental coverage doesn't quite line up with the amount of coverage that you receive.
They need to hire leaders who actually care about their employees. We need leadership that will lead by example and try to motivate employees by being positive role models.
Most of it has to do with the management, when you have a bad manager that store is going to fall apart. Again, look at the current management teams and reassess how well they are performing.
More productive interviews. The interviews I went through and others I sat on was a few basic questions, than random chit chat letting the person know they were hired without getting any real knowledge about that individual.
I think they need to start from the top and work down, taking a look at all the managers and seeing how they influence, positive and negative, the ones who are in the stores on a daily basis.
Develop a higher work ethic and actually try to work as part of a team. Take pride in your job and do your best to do what needs to be done, i.e. if you see something needs cleaned, clean it.
