What did you like most about the interview process?
Was easy to get, was just asked "why in the world do you want to work here?!?" I said "I need money, and I was hired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bring a team, working together. I was sexually assulted at work on the clock and was told "it's not out fault" by my manager, asst manager, and DM. This happened alot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I was just a body, I'd work 60 hours a week. That's okay, but was made to stay after someone else didn't come in, or was late. The one time I had an emergency and had to leave at the time I was getting off (1) person was there. I was told I'd be fired if it happened again
