Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the pay is low for what we are expected to do. Not very competitive with local business!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our whole team is positive and we have a lot of fun while at work! We make it a fun relaxed environment that our customers along with ourselves like to come to!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is always there to help us and is a great leader. She is always keeping us up to date on what is going on. She is very caring and treats us like we matter. I have never had a boss like her. She is top notch! Circle k is lucky to have her. Store 2424 is LIT
