Backing the store staff and treating them better. Store employees pay their paycheck. Happier staff makes happier customers.

In my store the environment is welcoming, we get along well with our customers and treat them like we would want to be treated.

My team is a team, we work together to get things accomplished. Wish we could increase pay to be able to keep longer term people
