Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well if I have to do a couple of shifts worth of work everyday and the other shift before me is not made to do it even though I've made complaint for a year I think I should get two shifts paid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well for the store in Princeton Kentucky there's needs to be less discrimination by the manager more work by the assistant managers and not everything put off on one person to do and then when complaints are made about it they make it harder on that person didn't want to prove their vacations ect
