They act as a team.
There isn't anything positive about the culture they have created.
Circle K employees get paid less than industry average yet take on more stores/responsibilities than the industry average. "Do more with less" is the motto.
Focus on your people and not your bottom line. And when you brag that your bottom line is great and the company did well, reward those that made it happen.
Focus on building the brand they have instead of expanding. Directors are in place that shouldn't be. They are losing focus and control of what makes a business a business. There are a lot of unhappy employees, and there are a lot looking for other jobs.
