I find our pay increases not competitive and if they want they will change policy with no concern for their employees

You get to know the customers and look forward to seeing certain people on your shift

I work at a large store and have many duty yet I do not feel did I have any job security and my benefits are basically non-existent
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employee could be cared about more they should feel some job security not afraid that if they complain that their hours will be cut and they may lose their job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This rating was poor because of changes in policy which lowered employee raises set back vacation time by a year and it doesn't matter that you've been working for 4 and 3/4 years when the policy took effect that's a quarter year away from getting three weeks paid vacation now I have to wait a year
