It's ok feel like there is to much to do and not enough people half the staff dont care and dont want to do anything so it falls on the few who are trying to try pick up the slack but when we do there is no thanks cant ring in sick or have family emergency without getting ridiculed

Our manager needs to go I dont know how head office csnt see that
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Looking after staff and keeping an eye on managers the staff are the ones who do all the work so they should be first especially the ones who have been in the company a long time
