It been a up a down ride. Sometime you get a great manager and alot of bad. The write ups are to much sometimes.Managers should care more about employees.No one should be working by themselves especially since other stores can help. Machine break down alot and some ahould be replace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make excuses on giving raises.If you transfer to another store you lose your raise and such.If a franchise pays more in the area,then everyone should be making at least that amount. They hired outside people for positions but if you already work there they make excuses on promoting you
