The only good thing about working here is the nice customer I meet.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop working their employees hard and compensate them properly. They don,t like to give sick days even when the person still had them to use.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are lazy. 6 people work in the morning, 2-3 second shift and only 1 at night. By the time I get there for night shift nothing has been done throughout the day. Condiments, cups and coffee are all empty. Everything is always unorganized. There is always gossip and the manager plays favorites.
