Although they are not eager to work very hard or fast, they are entertaining. Manager spends too much time gossipping and then expects us to finish tasks. Customers know all about the behind the screen gossip because manager tells everyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have responsibilities of the manager but do not even make the same pay as a new cashier at Walmart. The benefits are ridiculous because nothing is covered unless I go to urgent care or the emergency room. I found out that I am not no using because of a mistake on the paperwork but my manager never
