Maybe the manager could act like he wants to hire you and not seem like you are interrupting his quality phone time

My whole team is amazing. The manager however punishes us for looking like we have a good time. Making me do someone else's work then giving them the credit.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager never actually follows any type of policy. Staff working alone for hours at a time. People working under another staff name. Manager acts like a child when you ask simple questions. Ridiculous.
