So far they keep hiring new people and cutting my hours lower. My hours are different every week. Otherwise I am happy and sometimes I get more hours.

They are always there to encourage me to to my best and help me when I need it.

I got chosen even though I wasn't experienced and I like how they give everybody a fair chance at working.

They are always kind and encouraging, it makes me want to be a part of the team for a long time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The assistant managers are always joking around and even though they are serious about their work, its easy to be around them and it makes it a nice place to work for everybody.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see the customers leave happy and not frustrated, when I was new I would see the customer getting frustrated at me sometimes but as I got the hang of the job, now the customers always leave happy and that makes me happy.
