Loved my job until new manager came in. She has no interest in getting to know her employees. She rarely comes out of the office.( she is busy with on-line nursing school courses on company time.) and when she does take a register(which is rare.) she always has her phone to her ear.
What makes you most happy at work?
The good relationship I have with my customers and Co-workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
interacting with employees and not just sitting in the office.

Excluding the manager. The dynamics we have with our co-workers and our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excluding our manager, we get along as if family. squabbles and all, but we always work things out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i I have been at my store for over 33 yrs. Recently I stepped down from my position as Asst. Manager an as a result my pay was cut by $1.00. while still expected to perform my same duties. how is this fair?
