More oversight on field management, and Human Resources needs help, and need to at least train managers in Human Resources basics. Don’t offer benefits if you really don’t want to give them. That’s a cheap way out, and not fair to employees. No benefits pack
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well considering $9.00 an hour to start is barely a living wage for anyone these days, especially considering the amount of work is required. Also, you might want to promote within, rather than passing up for promotion. No one feels good when they feel like they?
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I never had an interview honestly. Since most stores in the coastal Carolinas are so understaffed, typically managers don’t have much time for interviews and are already so stressed out that they just end up hiring anyone to have another body in the store... sad, b
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that the leadership team needs to pay more attention to why the turnover rate is at an astronomical high, and pay more attention to field and market management. Training for store personnel is nil to nothing, single shift coverage is not acceptable or safe.Background investigations needs help
