What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manger needs to have a better mood toward employees and guest. She needs to show up on time not towards the afternoon.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manger is never there and complains when you call her. She has worked people off the clock mostly around inventory day. Overall the manger is the main problem.
