I hate it. I get paid poor wages and get poor hours. I'm constantly overworking myself to complete work that should've been finished by the previous shift. There is no sense of cleanliness in my store and none of my coworkers care if even the polar pop cups are stocked. It's a horrible workplace

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager needs to assert leadership skills and enforce rules. He allows the women to be sexually harassed by one Male coworker and does nothing about it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work. My coworkers all stand around and do absolutely nothing more than run the register every day. When I'm working I have to stock and clean everything for the whole day. No one else does anything!
