What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager needs to assert leadership skills and enforce rules. He allows the women to be sexually harassed by one Male coworker and does nothing about it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers need to work. My coworkers all stand around and do absolutely nothing more than run the register every day. When I'm working I have to stock and clean everything for the whole day. No one else does anything!
