They provide job stability since there is a high turnover rate, I will always have work.

My current manager is fair and my co-workers work together to accomplish our goals during our shifts.

My manager is unusually fair and works to build a schedule that works for everyone. We all work hard to make sure he is happy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I met her in a back office that was cramped and dirty. She lied to me about my pay options. She said everyone was hired at the rate she hired me at. I later found out that was a lie.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took this job out of desperation because my car broke down and I needed a job that I could walk to. I was told that I had to start at $8.50 with opportunities for raises. A few months later two men were hired at $10 and $10.25. Both were under me as I was a Lead CSR.
