
my team, anyone outside of the store level could care less about the people running the stores.
direct meetings and face to face interviewing, computer interviews are impersonal and totally nagate the point of hiring someone who is supposed to be dealing with customers
appreciating employees at the lowest levels. The only reason the company exists is that sweat equity put in by the hard working Store Managers and their teams.
Money should not outweigh everything. Safety is of questionable importance because of mixed messages, changes to reduce staff and eliminate jobs just to try to save a few dollars in payroll while making a larger profit margin on the new products causing the firings. It is destroying the lives.
A lot of Store Managers are making well below $15 an hour with over 5 years of service in. No one should work alone, 2 team members and possibly a management team member should be on duty at all 24 hour stores due to safety. Bonuses seem to be difficult to attain because they constantly changing it.
