Cut and dry, the frankness of most (store mgrs) of the interviewers

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

corporate being in-tuned to store level employee needs as well as their customers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognizing valuable employees & over protecting employees that fill certain shifts but get away w doing less than nothing if possible

What are some of the best things about your team?

They want to uphold same standards as myself & continue to try and care about the store even though corporate does not.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better vetting of applicants, fair pay for work performance instead of hours worked and stop taking allotted employee store hours away without logical reasons being clear to employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Deadbeat employees who fill less than desirable shifts are treated the same as or better than longtime, hardworking employees-raises are now "no merit" raises and instead are based upon hours worked, and not by performance.
