My manager doesn't train me to do anything, she just hands me things and expects me to know it. It can be very stressful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dealing with worker issues, my manager is good at running the store but when it it comes to conflict with workers she acts like its not her problem even if it creates a hostile environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked full time even though I was a part time employee and my co-workers go to me for help even though they really should go to a member of management. The problem is she refuses to do anything so they go to be, an office worker. I don't get paid to deal with management problems.
