What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get bonuses based on how the store is doing as a whole. And raises every 900 hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with so many different people from all walks of life and we try to make it fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They stepped up and helped us through the coronavirus in the initial few months. Giving us sick pay hours and paying us to be home when we are sick. I am very grateful for the opportunities I have been given.
